Mission Trip
St Mark’s needs you!!!
To volunteer for our mission trip to Indiana!!!
We are leaving Sunday, September 26 and returning Saturday,
October 2.
It’s been almost 2 years since the floods devastated Northwest Indiana (near Chicago) in September 2008. There are still hundreds of homeowners who urgently need help restoring their homes. We will be working with the Lakeshore Area Regional Recovery of Indiana organization (LARRI). This is a committee of nonprofit, faith-based, business, public and other community partners, known as a long-term recovery committee, formed to assist the survivors of the floods by restoring homes to a safe, sanitary and secure standard. Summer Sunday School
“Move With The Spirit”
Plans for an exciting Summer Sunday School program are happening now! St. Mark's Fit Club, in cooperation with Christian Education, will be leading 10 weeks of fun activities and learning each Sunday, June 13th - August 22nd for children 3 years to 4th grade. There will be opportunities for youth and adults to join in too! Watch for more information soon about "Move With the Spirit" and respond to our call and need for volunteers!
