Dearly Departed Dinner Theatre

 On Saturday, June 28th at 6:30 pm, we will host a fantastic benefit event in the Family Life Center with all proceeds going to Our Towns Habitat for Humanity! The event will start with a dinner featuring a choice of chicken alfredo or pasta with meatballs and red sauce. Lorri Monterose will head up the menu so these will not be ordinary versions! They will surely be extraordinary as anyone who attended the statewide NC Lutheran Men in Mission banquet, which we hosted, can attest.  

Then, we will be treated to what has been described as “the drop-dead funny” Dearly Departed. The cast is graciously donating their time and talent to this benefit for Habitat. They completed a very successful two-week run at the Old Courthouse Theatre in Concord this spring. We are very privileged to have them reprise their roles for this event. Bless them! And, thanks to our own Vicki Etz, who will play a leading role, for her help in bringing this production to our project. 

Tickets will be $25. There will be a limited number of tickets sold so get yours early! A number of volunteers will be selling tickets. See any of the people listed at the Ticket Sales link about tickets. Also, baby-sitting will be provided. Please, let us know in advance if you will use this service so that we can be adequately staffed.
